I do not have to introduce myself because the name of the site has already done that.

I am Australian and spent my early years growing up in rural NSW and Victoria.   In my early teens the family moved to the city where I completed high school.   I later was awarded a Diploma in Computer Science and made a career in the corporate world working in a range of roles.   Eventually I started my own consultancy and moved into running my own hosting  and internet marketing company.  I am currently residing in South East Asia.

I am now fifty years old and in excellent health.  In my entire life I have only been to hospital twice.  The first time was my entrance to this world and the second was for minor surgery due to a broken nose.   I have not visited a doctor in the last  couple of years.

I try to work out at the gym each morning focusing mainly on cardio and general fitness.   I don’t follow any diets but  make healthy choices about foods.  I have become increasingly interested in the mind and how it works. Another of my big interests is quantum physics.   I recently encountered the work of Bruce Lipton and it blew me away and you will find his discoveries a strong influence in much of what I will write on this blog.

Just a year or two ago I would never have considered the idea of making a website using my name as I am a somewhat shy and private person. Sadly in recent months I have become the victim of a known cyber stalker that has published the most absurd lies about me.  My first mistake was to respond to these on another blog I had and then for a year I made a conscious decision to ignore this nut case and actually hardly gave him a thought during that time.   A year later he is still on my case and I have decided that the best way to protect my good name is to take a higher profile and let people know who I really am.   I have to thank Even Iliadis – cyber stalker -  for pushing me out of my comfort zone and giving me the idea to produce a number of sites like this where I can express some of my great interests in life. A bit of a reverse take on the old ‘never look a gift horse in the mouth’ saying, don’t you agree?
